IR-64 Steam Rice is parboiled using the steaming method, resulting in bright white grains with higher strength and better cooking resilience than raw rice. It remains non-sticky, fluffy, and separate after cooking, making it ideal for large-scale catering.

Preferred in hotels, canteens, Middle East and African markets, and for dishes like fried rice, pulao, and South Indian meals.
